Ines handles the majority of Inca’s buy-side and sell-side work, and she is usually the person a client speaks to first and last.

Her approach is unfashionably slow at the start. Before she sends a single listing she wants to know what the money is for — a home you will live in, a yield you need to hit, a way to hold value outside your own currency. Those are three different searches, and treating them as one is how people end up owning the wrong apartment in the right building.

She is direct about the things a brochure leaves out: which towers have service charges that quietly eat a yield, which handover dates have already slipped twice, which “sea view” is a view of the sea between two other towers. Clients have stayed with her since 2021 largely because she tells them not to buy things.
